|
100 foot private sandy beach on a spring-fed lake! Gently sloping property to beach is also very child friendly.
Good size fire pit at beach allows you to enjoy calm and peaceful nights by the shore!
Child swing set is installed close to beach for younger children.
Cottage has a wrap-around deck and includes a barbeque with propane provided.
Private driveway runs alongside cottage for easy loading & unloading access.
New drilled well provides unlimited water supply!
Cottage has an open concept dining/living room with a walk-out to a deck. Full bath rooms are located on both floors. Main floor has 2 bedrooms and Lower floor has 2 separate bedrooms as well.
Cottage is fully carpeted and furnished with ample seating for dining and entertaining and fully functioning kitchen including dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave etc. There are nice views of the lake from the cottage and deck.
Lower floor has a walk-out (above ground) to the grounds and also has a 3 piece bath with a shower. Lower floor also has a main recreational room with a couch, table, DVD/VCR, TV (Bell Satellite ready), videos and children's toys.

Weekends - $250 per night
MINIMUM BOOKING IS ONE WEEK during high season.
**Weekly rentals run from Saturday @ 4:00 pm until the following Saturday @ noon
Rentals must be paid in advance.
Payment can be made with a personal cheque, providing there is adequate time to verify funds.
When there is not enough time to verify funds, a certified cheque or bank draft is required. Cheques
will be cashed upon receipt.
A refundable security deposit is required.
Rentals fees are non-refundable.
