Master bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom for your privacy. Main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath for your relaxation. Spacious living room has a TV viewing area on one end and a games table on the other for varied activities. Second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed, complemented with a decorative fireplace. A double pull-out sofa bed is provided in the living room for additional guests.
This is a private, quiet, waterfront country retreat located just around the corner from downtown historic Collingwood. Paved double driveway allows easy access right to your front door. All-on-one level means no stairs. Beautiful landscaping defines its natural surroundings. The back of the cottage, with a 116 ft.wide lot, leads directly to spectacular Georgian Bay . Walk down to the water from your back door.
