Backs on to 100+ acres of forest making this a great location to enjoy the peace and quiet.
Close to shopping, restaraunts, golf courses and bike trails. Short drive to Wasaga beach.

We only rent to people aged 25 years and over.
Preference will be given to requests for one week or longer, as a result weekend availability will vary.
In the winter we only rent during mid-week since it's in use by the owner on weekends and holidays.
I will ask you to fill in a renter information form which I will use to create the rental agreement.
Your dates can be confirmed upon receipt of a $300 security deposit, which will be returned assuiming you leave things the same way you found them.
Payment is via Interac email money transfer.
