This condo is at the left extremity of this first building with no obstruction of the view on lake Mercier.

From a private entrance to this condo, you enter into a lobby to undress and a few stairs up you get into an open area where a living room with fireplace and a large dining room awaits you. The condo is air-conditionned.

Two (2) full bathrooms; one(1) with bath/shower on the main floor, communicating with master bedroom and one(1)full bathroom on the second floor with jaccuzzi bath separate from the shower.

Large living room with wood fireplace, cable TV, VCR, direct access to an outside balcony with patio furniture(8 seatings) and BBQ.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, frigidaire, micro-wave, utensiles, dishes and dining table to accomodate 10-12 people.

Access to public pool and the heated hot-tub on the coumpound
