JULY 20-27 and AUGUST 18-31 AVAILABLE. If you are looking for an ideal place for an economical and quiet single family vacation on the Okanagan lake front- this is it. The Cabinette was completely re-built inside and out in 2009- 2010 and is a modern, bright and airy, well furnished and outfitted cottage. The 700 square foot cottage has 2 bedrooms (one with queen and the other with a queen and a single), one full bath, a fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and water cooler) and a living room area with two sofas (one of which is a hide a bed). Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. There are large front, side and back decks for outdoor dining (bar-b-q provided) and relaxing. Large groups or events are not permitted.
Waterfront: Gentle slope to beach - note beach is a rocky beach not a sandy beach
Heating: electric baseboard
Guests allowed: Yes. Limited numbers- no events or sleep overs
Equipment:
The Cabin is fully equipped with a full kitchen and modern appliances (including dishwasher). Renters have shared use of a portion of dock (the wide portion at the end of the dock is for the owner's use) - renters have a private beach front deck. A kayak and row boat are available to responsible renters. The property has shared use of a tennis court and 200 acres of property for hiking, quad riding, biking etc. Wireless internet service is available. Cabin has a stereo with IPOD dock and flat screen tv with DVD player. Note there is no land line telephone nor laundry facilities.

July and August - $1250 per week plus $150 cleaning fee - renters have the option of providing own sheets and towels and cleaning prior to departure, in which case the cleaning fee is waived.
Enquire about June and September availability and rates.
$250 reservation/damage deposit is required to hold a booking. One half of rental fee is due within 45 days of arrival with the balance due 15 days prior to arrival.
Rental Weekly Saturday to Saturday.
