Entire cottage is tongue and grove pine wood with cathedral ceiling including 2 ceiling fans. Cottage has ability to sleep 8 if using pull out sofa. Only a 2 minute walk to the entry to parlee beach, and 5 min walk to the sand! Located in the private area of "the Bluff" Pt du chene.

Stand up shower, washer, dryer, fire pit, sun deck, picnic table,bbq, swing, cable, dvd, playstation, phone, some incl. long distance, bunk beds, queen bed, sky light, propane fireplace, winterized, full size new stove and fridge, large and bright, open area dinette. Also has storage shed and parking for up to 4 cars/boats,etc. Nice size back yard to toss the ball around. Quiet plowed street with some year round residences.

Another great season. Fully booked up. Please book early for summer of 2011.
