GENERAL INFORMATION:
Fully winterized 3-cottage complex, 1.35 acres on 515 feet of waterfront including small sandy beach
Perfect for that intimate retreat or for a busy family holiday, where everyone has their own space and privacy, if they choose to
One complete rate will provide you with the full use of all three cottages:
BREEZY, the main cottage; BRIAR PATCH and THREE BEARS, two secondary cottages
Enjoyed any season, available year round
FURTHER INFORMATION:
- wheelchair accessible main cottage and dock
- sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, 16 guests when utilizing hide-a-beds in separate rooms (in each cottage)
- Sleeping configuration: Breezy 8 guests; Briar Patch 4 guests; Three Bears 4 guests
- Single sleeping configuration option: up to a maximum of 13 single guests, ideal for corporate team retreats, please enquire
- pillows + duvets provided; linen and towels not provided
- distances between cottages: Breezy to Briar Patch or Three Bears 27m (90'); Briar Patch to Three Bears 41m (135')
- 4 full bathrooms (Breezy 2; Briar Patch 1; Three Bears 1)
- 3 kitchens (one in each cottage)
- The Breezy cottage accommodates up to 16 guests for meals
- GE Homespring Water Filtration system (formerly Zenon), no need to bring bottled water
- one gas BBQ (gas supplied), one charcoal BBQ
- free wireless internet (up to 500MB/day), alternatively bring along your "stick"
- very good cell phone reception (Bell, Rogers)
- 8x36' dock, accommodates boats to 19' (longer ones not tested)
- canoe, kayak and motorized boat rentals nearby
