Description
|
A beautifully decorated cottage with 235 feet of private shore line , 45 minutes north of Kingston on Bob's Lake.
It is very large, and designed as two cottages in one! The upper and lower is joined by a long hallway with a library at the bottom. Ideal for two families or a large group. Sleeps 10 comfortably.
The upper level has 2 bedrooms (one queen, and one double/single bunk) a newly renovated 4 piece washroom, a fully equiped kitchen, laundry room and a large dining/sitting area with sliding doors onto large deck over looking the water.
The lower level has a master queen bedroom with double doors onto private deck; ensuite jacuzzi shower bathroom; a very large living room with queen pull out couch; a small kitchen with eating area; a walk out onto large deck with barb-b-q etc. There is also a screened in porch off the library to enjoy late night games or drinks without the bugs!
Waterfront: Boat launch nearby
Heating: Electric Base boards and wood stove
Children allowed: Yes.
Guests allowed: Yes. Overnight guest fee of $50 per night per guest.
Equipments:
The cottage is well equiped (dishwasher, washer/dryer, DVD, Saterlite TV etc) It comes with canoe, fire pit, lots of outdoor toys, board games and a library. The lake is good for fishing and swimming off the dock. Plenty of room to moor a boat at our private dock.

Weekends available during off season : off season weekend rate: $700 (3 nights)
Long weekend rates $800 (3 nights) $1000 (4 nights)
$500 deposit required to secure booking. Balance paid one month prior to rental
Damage deposit of $300 paid with final payment, and held until 1 month after rental date.
No pets. No Smoking.
Guests may stay over at a nightly rate agreed with owner.
