Description
|
Built in 2005, 1.5 story west-facing cottage on Tracadie Bay, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Two 3-piece washrooms, one on each floor. Ground floor wrap-around deck with a screened-in area, plus two upper decks, one off master bedroom. Skylights in both upper bedrooms and bathroom let in lots of light. Dining room table seats 6 with pull-out leaf for 8. Lunch on the deck at our 8 piece patio table set and
cap off your day viewing gorgeous sunsets from the living room or upper and lower decks.
Steps to child-friendly Tracadie Bay beach or a 5 min. drive to Blooming Point Beach. Fifteen min. drive to world famous (public) Crowbush Cove Golf Course (on the ocean). Master bdrm has 1 queen bed. Other two bdrms have two twin beds each. Inflatable air mattress provided for extra guest.

Blooming Point is a serene get-a-way spot far from the more populous tourist spots. It offers some of the finest beaches on the island that are a well-kept secret (Blooming Point beach is just as beautiful as any of the other north shore beaches but does not require a park pass to use). The cottage is also close enough to Charlottetown (20 min) so that shopping, restaurants or a night out are close-at-hand.

Equipments:
Large fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, stereo, CD/DVD player, 33" TV, washer/dryer combo, iron and ironing board, hair dryers. Bedding and beach towels supplied. Propane BBQ, patio table with umbrella & 6 chairs, water toys for kids, saftey features like flash lights, First Aid kit, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. Housekeeping services upon departure.

$1500/week July & Aug. $1000/week June & Sept. Rents Sunday to Sunday. Check in 3pm. Check out 10am. Ten percent discount for stays of 2 weeks or more. All rates add 10% PST. 1/3 deposit required on booking. Balance due 45 days in advance of stay. Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled 60 days in advance of stay if week(s) can be re-booked.
