Book for 2013 as we've had no openings for the last 4 summers! Only a few weeks left! Our gradual entry waterfront and hard sand bottom make it ideal for small children or anyone who likes to wade in. Enjoy the best fishing on the lake just 30 feet from our shore or take a slide off our floating raft. Our lakeside firepit makes for scenic stary nights and great entertainment. A perfect place to make summer memories.
NEW UPDATES include: freshly painted taupe coloured walls throughout the cottage, new curtains, new bottom load water cooler with hot and cold water dispenser, Gazebo with mosquito netting, new pancake/bacon grill, new blendor, dressors in each bedroom and a comfortable new couch and chair! :)
-Beautiful lakefront home overlooks the water and rolling hills. Approximately 1.5hrs from Ottawa, 3hrs from Toronto, 50 mins north of Kingston, 35 mins to Perth. Sleeps up to 6 people, plus a playpen and toddler bed.
Waterfront includes:
-80ft waterfront with a dock on a clean lake. Great for swimming, boating and fishing.
-West facing, all day sun, great sunsets
-Gradual entry, hard sand bottom
-Cottage is just steps away from the water's edge and has a flat grassy area in the backyard for playing.
-fire pit overlooking water
-floating swim raft with water slide
-Big Clear Lake is approximately 6 (9.6km) miles long and between 3/4 (1.2km) and 1 1/2 miles (2.4km) wide.

Heating: woodstove, forced air propane furnace
Children allowed: Yes. Only a few steps from the water
Guests allowed: No. approval of owner required and extra fees may be imposed
Pets allowed: No. Please don't ask to bring your small pet so that we don't have to say no.
Equipments:
-Paddleboat, canoe and 2 adult lifejackets (complimentary use)
-Woodstove/propane furnace for cooler evenings
-Dining area with nice view of the lake for long leisurely dinners
-2 full bathrooms, one with a stand up shower and the other with a full tub/shower enclosure
-3 bedrooms: 1 with a queen bed, 1 with a double bed, and the third with a set of bunkbeds(single over double)
-Propane BBQ (propane supplied)
-TV/SATELLITE/VCR/DVD player for rainy days
-CD player/radio
-Hopechest full of board games for rainy days
-Bring drinking water (we have a water cooler)
-Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc.
-3 ceiling fans in cottage, each bedroom has portable fan
-Bring your own linens, towels, dish cloths etc.
