Fully-furnished cottage, including all sheets, linens and towels. Housekeeping performed once prior to occupancy. Gourmet kitchen with all appliances and large eating area. Master bedroom complete with French doors leading to outside deck. Bunkbed room and queen-bed room. Large living room, indoor sunroom, and screen porch veranda. Large private lot with great yard and lots of trees. Full modern plumbing facilities with bath/shower, and high-quality drinking water. All garbage pick-up and municipal services provided. Groundskeeping services provided. Toiletries, satellite television, entertainment center, stereo, telephone, and large BBQ with propane. Also, games, books, and DVD movie library. Additional services (internet, laundry, meals, additional housekeeping, etc.) are avaliable on a pre-arranged basis.

Tarification location

$1500 per week for July and August, $950 per week for June and September. $800 per week for all other months throughout year. Check-in Saturday 4PM, check-out Saturday 11AM. Deposit is 50% upon booking, fully refundable up to one month before occupancy. Balance amount due one month prior to occupancy. Security deposit of $350, refundable immediately after departure date.
