The BergNest is a 1500 sq ft all-season cottage on large private lot. A minute-walk from lake and and beautiful public sand beach. 2-vehicle parking at rear of cottage. Electric forced-air heating & air conditioning. Huge outdoor deck with access from veranda and master bedroom; great for afternoon lounging, barbecuing, and evenings under the stars! Cottage includes an indoor sunroom, large living room, kitchen complete with eating area, and three bedrooms, including a charming bunkbed room for the kids. Plenty of spread-out space for everyone! Fully-furnished cottage, including all sheets, linens and towels. Housekeeping performed once prior to occupancy. Gourmet kitchen with all appliances and large eating area. Master bedroom complete with French doors leading to outside deck. Bunkbed room and queen-bed room. Large living room, indoor sunroom, and screen porch veranda. Large private lot with great yard and lots of trees. Full modern plumbing facilities with bath/shower, and high-quality drinking water. All garbage pick-up and municipal services provided. Groundskeeping services provided. Toiletries, satellite television, telephone, and large BBQ with propane. Also, games, books, and DVD movie library. Additional services (internet, laundry, meals, additional housekeeping, etc.) are avaliable on a pre-arranged basis.

Check-in Saturday after 4PM, check-out Saturday before 11AM. Deposit is 50% upon booking, fully refundable up to two months prior to occupancy. Balance amount due one month prior to occupancy. Security deposit of $500, refundable immediately after departure date. Minimum stay is one-week.
