Only a 90 min drive from Toronto, in the southwest arm of Balsam Lake sits a vacation property which is ideal for executive couples or families with children. The coach house has all the amenities you'll need for comfort and relaxation. A bright, new, immaculately clean, 2-bedroom suite along with one additional bedroom in the boathouse which is included with your rental. The cottage includes kitchen & breakfast bar, vaulted ceiling living area, 3 piece bathroom, dry bar, and entertainment centre. Breathtaking panoramic views and a crystal clean, weed free waterfront is the perfect gateway to swimming, snorkelling, recreational boating, water sports, and fishing. Enjoy one and half acres of beautifully landscaped gardens along with 125ft of waterfront. Privacy rating 9/10.
The nearest town Fenelon Falls - only a 10 minute drive, has many shops including LCBO and Beer store, Cdn Tire, groceries-Sobeys, and numerous restaurants.
There are also many offsite activities at your doorstep, including horseback riding, go karting, mini putt, scenic air flights, lift locks.
For Golfers there are multiple courses within a 20-30 minute drive, a few are:
