Welcome to your summer retreat! This cottage has everything you need for a great getaway: 1 acre of property with huge frontage, 4 bedrooms, great living room with a stone fireplace, dining room sits 10 easily, breakfast nook overlooking the water, large screened in porch. The property is located next to green-space, a park, sports court, and steps to the 4th ave pier.

Heating: yes
Pets allowed: Yes. 1 pet max.
Equipments:
The kitchen has everything you will need including microwave, new stove, dishwasher, blender, etc. There is also a washer & dryer, BBQ, a new TV and DVD, movies, and games. Master bedroom has a king, other bedrooms have 2 singles, single bunkbeds, and a pull out double.
