Waterfront cottage on beautifull Buckhorn Lake. Large livingroom, with country kitchen and diningroom. 3 Bedrooms, 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds. If you enjoy the peace and quiet, then just kick back and relax. Only 20 minutes from Peterborough. If you are still looking for more activities, then there is lots to see and do nearby. A new Paddle Boat is available for use with all rentals.
Pets and Smoking are NOT PERMITTED anywhere in the home.

Rental Rates: June 25 to October 1st. Weekly rates are $1200 (no weekends or daily). Off season rates outside of this time period. Rates based on Maximum of 8 occupants. Sorry...NO PETS !! No Smoking Permitted in House.
Security Deposit of $500.00 is due upon booking and returned after check-out when inspection of cottage with no damage or items lost from the cottage found. Total Weekly rental amount ($1,200) is due 14 days prior to check-in with email bank transfer or Certified Cheque. Sorry...No personal cheques.
Cancellation Policy: $500 Security deposit refundable upon no less than 60 days notice.
Extra Persons: Everyone must be included in count, regardless of age. No overloading allowed. Additional persons by pre-arrangement only. $35 per person per night, or $150 per week. Children 2 and under are 1/2 price.
ALL Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Unconfirmed reservations are subject to availability, and may be rented to another party.
