Description
|
45 Minutes north of Toronto, Degrassi Oak is an all-season cottage located at the end of a private road with 100 ft lakefront with sandy, shallow shoreline and small beach. Great for children of all ages. The lake bottom is fine, firm sand that is fantastic for swimming.
Great fishing for pike, perch, small and large mouth bass, whitefish. Boat rentals nearby at Monto Reno Marina and Lake Simcoe Marina.
Great ice fishing and close to OFSC trails
MINIMUM BOOKING IN JULY AND AUGUST IS 1 WEEK
OCT-MAY - MINIMUM BOOKING 2-3 NIGHTS - $700. PLUS 13% HST
SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED.

Equipments:
Main cottage has 3 bedrooms - one is set up as a den with pullout couch to a double bed and TV. The other two have 2 single beds in each. The fourth bedroom is outside in a large bunkee with a double bed (Bunkee is not winterized). 4 piece bathroom is in the bedroom area, 3 piece bathroom is inside the main side door of cottage. Fold up playpen/crib available.
Washer & dryer, sauna, cable TV, 1 bedroom air conditioner, propane BBQ with extra filled tank and tools, lots of outdoor furniture.
Well equipped kitchen, microwave and coffee maker. Large dining room table with 8 chairs.
Large living room with TV/DVD player, stereo with outside speakers. Gas fireplace.
Large screened in porch facing the lake with table and chairs to accommodate 8 people. Large back deck with round picnic table and umbrella.
Canoe with paddles and life jackets. We will provide a complete Inventory list upon booking.

LOW SEASON - $1200 PER WEEK SEPT-JUNE, $700. FOR WEEKENDS
50% DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM. BALANCE DUE 1 MONTH PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. $500. CASH SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL WHICH IS REFUNDED IF THERE IS NO DAMAGE AND IS LEFT CLEAN.
ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO 13% HST.
